In 2021, I co-created and sold fashion digitally recorded on the blockchain. The first piece was the “Bollywood Meta Suit” which was sold during the Meta Gala, an experimental metaverse version of the Met Gala. The second piece, called the “First Dress of India” was bought by RED, a decentralized autonomous organization that also bought non-fungible tokens of other fashion, including by D&G.

In 2023, I participated in artistic activism at the first AI Fashion Week in New York, which questioned how generative AI and fashion could or could not influence beauty standards and norms. My actions were covered by the Business of Fashion, which included my views in their first playbook on generative AI and fashion. I also received smaller attention in Elle and Vogue.
